Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Remuse, a mobile application that allows you to discover and interact with works of art.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Remuse, you fully accept these terms and conditions.

2. Access to the Application

• The application is available in multiple languages, with the default language being French.
• It is intended for users aged 12 years or older.

3. User Account

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• First name, last name, email address, password

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details.

4. Virtual Currency "Brushes"

You can purchase "Brushes" via native payment systems (Apple, Google). These purchases are subject to the refund policy (see dedicated document).

"Brushes" are non-transferable and can only be used within Remuse.

5. Content and Rights

The works available on the application come from the Joconde POP database of the Ministry of Culture, under the Open License v2.0 (Etalab).

Remuse does not allow users to publish content within the application.

6. Responsible Use

You agree to:

• Not attempt to bypass security measures
• Use the application solely for personal purposes
• Respect copyright and applicable licenses

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time. An account inactive for 2 years will be automatically deleted.
