Refund Policy – Remuse

Purchases of "Brushes" in the Remuse app are subject to the following refund policy:

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 working days from the date of purchase.

Please note: A refund will only be granted if no brush has been used.

2. Procedures

To request a refund:

• Send an email to: support@remuseapp.art
• Include the email address associated with the account, the date of purchase, and the amount concerned

3. Processing

Requests are processed within 7 working days. Once accepted, the amount is refunded via the payment method used (Apple, Google, etc.).

4. Exceptions

No refund will be granted if:

• The brushes have been used, even partially
• The request is made more than 14 working days after the purchase
