When creating an account, we collect the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Password (encrypted)
- Purchase history of virtual currency "Brushes"
No other personal data is collected for marketing or analysis purposes.
3. Purpose of Processing
The data is processed for the following purposes:
- Providing access to the application
- Enabling the purchase and management of "Brushes"
- Securing access and preventing fraud
- Processing refund requests
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis is the contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) for managing the user account and executing purchases, and legitimate interest for security measures.
5. Data Retention Period
- User data: retained as long as the account is active
- Automatic deletion after 2 years of inactivity (with prior email notification)
- Possibility to request deletion at any time (see section 8)
6. Data Sharing
We only share certain technical payment data with:
- Apple
- RevenueCat (subscription and in-app purchase management)
No other data is shared with third parties.
7. Hosting
The data is hosted by DigitalOcean, in a data center located in London (United Kingdom). This location complies with European data protection standards.

9. Security
Your data is stored securely. The password is encrypted. No unauthorized access is possible. The services used (RevenueCat, Apple, Google) apply recognized security standards.
